The shipping cost for your order is added to the total value of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions. Shipping will be determined by the total shipping weight of the order and the delivery location.
Items will usually ship within 2-3 business days from when you place the order.
Standard UPS Ground shipping will take approximately 4-8 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
Orders shipped via UPS Express will arrive by the end of the third business day after the order has been shipped.
Orders shipped via Overnight Delivery will arrive by the end of the next business day after the order has been shipped.
Please be aware that UPS will not deliver Express or Overnight Deliveries to a PO Box.
We regret that we cannot ship outside of the United States.

Regardless of the county and state you reside in, you will see an 8% sales tax charge on items in your shopping cart. During final processing, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax based on your zip code.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges, Cancellation PolicyRefunds
All refunds are credited back to the customer per the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credited returns to appear on your account statement. The amount of the refund does not include shipping and handling charges.
All refunds for purchases made using gift certificates will be refunded by issuing a new gift certificate.
Broken or damaged items may be returned or replaced by following our store return procedure. Please contact the Gift Shop if you would like to have a broken or damaged item replaced.Returns and Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please follow our Return Procedure:
1. Fill out the enclosed Return Form and retain the packing slip for your records.
2. Pack items safely for shipping and include the completed Return Form.
3. Affix the enclosed return shipping label to the package.
4. All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
